Application Process

Our application process is simple. Follow the steps below to apply:

  1. Fill out the online application form.
  2. Submit the necessary documents (ID, academic certificates, etc.).
  3. Choose your preferred study option (online or on-campus).
  4. Wait for your confirmation and further instructions.

Requirements

    OFFICIAL
  1. Registration Fee(UGX50,000).
  2. Functional Fees (UGX100,000) paid Once a year.
  3. Hostel Fee UGX250,000.
  4. Personal Laptop(Optional in first semester).
  5. T-Shirt UGX30,000.

Study Options

At Big Brain Institute, you have the flexibility to choose between:

  • Online Learning: Study from anywhere, with all course materials and instructor support available online.
  • On-Campus Learning: Join us at our modern training premises for a more immersive experience.

Course Intakes

For two-year programs, we have the following intakes per year:

  • January Intake.
  • March Intake.
  • May Intake
  • August Intake

Short courses are available for application at any time throughout the year.
